This recipe came from Janetha’s blog, Meals & Moves and everything in between, Dog-friendly Peanut Butter Banana Birthday Cake.
It’s a quick bake that made 3 oversized “muffins”. I switched out her peanut butter frosting for some cream cheese whipped with milk to look like buttercream. I’m so glad I found Janetha’s super easy recipe on Pinterest!
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix together with wooden spoon:
Add a splash of water to bring it together. It will be very sticky.
Divide evenly into muffin liners.
Bake 20 minutes and then cool.
Meanwhile, whip 6 oz cream cheese with 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream until the ideal frosting consistency.
Pipe onto pupcakes, and serve!
