Thanks to Scarlet Scorch Droppers for this yummy recipe, Coconut and Dark Chocolate Cookies! I especially love her cookie stamp.
Here’s my version of the recipe, Coconut and Super Dark Chocolate Cookies
First, mix dry ingredients.
Add butter to dry ingredients.
Crumbly butter sand
Egg and Homemade Vanilla added to the batter.
Coconut mixing in.
My pantry was bare, I had to chop up some Ghirardelli 86% dark chocolate tasting squares usually reserved for a glass of red wine.
Mini cookies ready to bake – they turned out the best. Bite sized!
Baked cookies in sunshine! So crispy and caramelized sugar on the bottom and soft in the center.
These look so thick and chewy yum! Love anything dark chocolate so I might try these soon 🙂
