Baking… Coconut and Dark Chocolate Cookies

Here’s my version of the recipe, Coconut and Super Dark Chocolate Cookies

My ingredients!

First, mix dry ingredients.

My pantry was bare, I had to chop up some Ghiardelle 85% dark chocolate tasting squares usually reserved for a glass of red wine.
