Notes:

• Fruit rollup is very sticky and needs support. The colorful spinnaker refused to say attached.

• Fondant takes forever to dry!

• I obviously have no idea what I am doing with candy coating. Someone help! Those buoys were supposed to be dipped like cake pops! But the wafers were never near liquid form and I have to frost them with a knife.

    Sorry, I’m behind on my blog reading and didn’t realize you had already baked and ate the sailboat! Looks fantastic!
    And it makes perfect sense why you didn’t use the roll ups. They are flimsy.

      It was a hit! No worries about coming to the party late. Cake seems to preserve indefinitely online. 😉
