Baking… Calzones

Calzones = You gotta have ricotta!


Basil, grilled zucchini, & sun dried tomato calzone with garlic parmesan ricotta and mozzarella.

• Dough, pizza or bread
• Cheese, Ricotta and something shredded
• Fillings, your choice

• Preheat 425
• Roll dough roughly 9″
• Fill half with a spoon full of ricotta, cheese & stuff.
• Fold, crimp, bake 15 minutes or until golden.
• Eat!


Assorted calzones.


A massive half pound sausage calzone for my husband.
