Baking… Christmas Cookies

Yup, Christmas in June. Why? Because we just received a belated Christmas present and this is the exchange rate.

I used the Fred’s Letter Pressed Cookie Cutters and Martha Stewart’s Sugar Cookie Cutouts Recipe.

Martha’s dough isn’t ideal for the thicker cookies needed for the Letterpress kit. The thicker cookies are overly heavy, like re-rolling the dough is a no-no. But when you roll it out nice and thin it browns beautifully.
