Be creative EVERY DAY • A Challenge
I made these the day before Easter but forgot to post them up here!
Starting with cake crumbs mixed with chocolate frosting to make the main egg shape. Then whip up some amazingly simple cadbury cream for the middle. Assemble and chill.
My hardest part was dipping in the chocolate coating. The soft centers meant they kept sliding off the toothpicks!
They were VERY sweet but still a hit with family, friends, and co-workers.
